Performance characteristics:
1. The main frame is processed separately, making installation and maintenance convenient. In case of after-sales service, customers can disassemble and replace the parts themselves
2. The key components such as the barrel and piston rod are made of high-temperature, low expansion coefficient alloy materials, and undergo special surface heat treatment. They are not easily deformed at high temperatures, have high hardness, are not easily worn, and can be used for a long time
3. Non contact high-precision lever type optocoupler is used to measure displacement. The mass of the lever type optocoupler is balanced before and after, without additional devices such as springs, which will not bring other effects when measuring displacement and effectively prevent experimental errors
4. Equipped with an automatic cutting device driven by micro clicks, the cutting time can be set. Rotating clicks will cut once according to the set cutting time, with precise time control and small errors. The cutting device can also be manually driven, making it easy and convenient to operate
5. Equipped with a microcomputer controller specifically developed for the melt finger testing machine, it can perform full process control, data processing, data printing, etc. of the testing process, and print the test results through the equipped micro printer.
